• Okay temporarily for military spouses who can’t get anything anywhere else.

Cons

• They definitely take advantage of military spouses who can’t find work by paying significantly lower than what they get under the contracts they have with employers. • No opportunities for growth or raises. • No diversity in leadership positions. • C Suite team (outside of two owners/founders) is full of individuals who have no idea about military life or spouses. • Just started offering bare minimum benefits within the last year. • Overseas employees are practically invisible to them and if you get any “awards” or “prizes” they won’t make an effort to send it to the right addresses nor seek to correct if they make mistakes.
