As an AI-first startup, the company is constantly evolving, and there’s a genuine sense that you’re helping build something meaningful and future-forward. The pace is fast, but in the best way, as there’s always something new to learn or improve upon. The value of “act like an owner” isn’t just a slogan here; people are empowered to make decisions, solve problems, and drive change. I’ve had the privilege of working with incredibly smart, collaborative, and good-hearted teammates who care about the work they do. If you’re someone who wants to grow, build, and be part of something ambitious, Instawork is a great place to do it!
Cons
If you’re looking for a highly structured environment with a lot of hand-holding, Instawork might not be the right fit. Priorities can shift quickly, so it’s important to be adaptable and comfortable with change. The company places a lot of trust in its employees which is great, but also means you need to be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions without a detailed playbook. Currently no 401(k) match, but that is not unusual for a startup.
