There are too many to count. Leadership is verbally abusive. They make fake promises during the interview process. They don't allow you to take PTO. They micro-manage you at all times. Bad leadership. Abusive workplace environment. Avoid at all costs.

Very few benefits to be honest

I was let go after working at Instawork for 2+ years after they hired a new team. They will work you very hard with very little benefit. If you are interviewing to be part of the Business Operations team - please consider options elsewhere.

Hybrid Schedule and laptop given at start of employment.

Cons

Consistent micro-management from all levels of leadership. Quota is unrealistic for light industrial reps and you are on the hot seat from day 1. I'm one of the last folks standing from my training class and I have been here for just about 7 months. If a sales rep makes it to a year, it's a miracle. Hold out for something better as this is the definition of a job, not a career.
