Pros

Excellent benefits package. Thoroughly invested in this company s ability to support veterans as well. Many training opportunities, both online and in classroom. Invest in their employees in multiple ways.

Cons

Starting wage and benefits don't really improve much coming from numerous different sources. Others are also unable to apply to other positions unless they have been in the company for 1 year.

Pros

Work is stimulating and meaningful, colleagues are collegial and bright, great work-life balance for pay* (if you have a PhD)

Cons

Though there's talk of change, upward mobility is currently limited for non-PhDs, and pay for them is not highly competitive (though many feel the experience offsets this)
