Pros

Organization with a great mission and many direct care staff who are very experienced and unparalleled in their commitment and service to seniors. You can learn a lot.

Cons

Despite a lot of virtue signaling from the C-Suite, considerable bad faith and adversarial culture in HR. Understand your benefits thoroughly, and monitor your pay statements like a hawk.

Pros

First thing is that you get free lunch every Thursday. All staff are dedicated to helping seniors and adults with disabilities.

Cons

It's a big disorganized at times as well as miscommunication since we are working with so many different departments at the same time.
