Pros

On paper, the mission of the IOA is very admirable.

Cons

Management is out of touch with employees. They don't appreciate the hard work done by the majority of the staff. Salaries are ridiculous for the work expected. No raises given in at least 7 years for non-union employees. Unreasonable expectations and non-support of staff. Benefits downgraded annually.

Pros

IOA is a dedicated organization growing and expanding to fulfill the needs of as many seniors and elderly as possible. They also care about their employees!

Cons

Nothing negative to share about IOA.
