Pros

Work with great people and provide services that bring a positive impact to the community. I love working somewhere that improves the quality of life for so many people.

Cons

Communication from upper management could improve and be more transparent.

Pros

Great IT support, supervision and guidance from leadership. Organization celebrates diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Sometimes there's more turnover than I'd like but that has to do with funding sources not always renewing.

Pros

The clients make the experience almost worth it.

Cons

The systems are extremely outdated, the staff at the enrichment center was underpaid and over worked, the directors have no tact and have trouble keeping up with client information. There was retaliation when I filed a complaint.
