Pros
The company is making a lot of long-term investments that were lacking with past leadership. There are a lot of really great people who respect one another and work well together. It is very busy and employees are expected to work hard, but it's very positive energy and good work is rewarded. Everyone is motivated to help people with diabetes live a better life.
Cons
It is very fast paced and everyone is expected to give 100% I love this type of environment but it isn't for everyone.
