Super friendly environment, great collegues, laid back. Only ask is to be on for core hours, otherwise you can work the rest of your time out of them. Good structure for career development planning

Cons

Dealing with a lot of different time zones, can lead to late meetings. Accrued PTO Some countries get a lot of holidays! Some don't! Lost a benefit from 2 floating holidays to 1
