Pay raises are not sufficient Hours during busy season are extreme The equipment like computers, chairs, and desks are old and it shows. They are a very cheap company and will not replace anything

Management is terrible, very controlling! you will be forced to work in office with Covid while management get to work from home whenever they feel like it, everything is micromanage all the way down to having to take restroom breaks. You will be forced to learn other departments with no pay increase and yearly raises suck! Breaks are monitored when management gets to take hours for break. And don’t expect to get any of your questions answered by management because they rarely have the answers. There need to be some type of investigation from HR at this office.
