I've been with the company for over 18 years and plan on staying here until retirement! Management genuinely cares about employees as people, you're not just a number. Plenty of fun activities like potluck parties often. Starting pay is above market average, and raises are generous. Educational benefits including tuition reimbursement. Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance start after your first full month.

Cons

This is a call center, so the "cons" are normal for a call center environment. Lots of time on the phone, and you are expected to adhere to your schedule to maintain phone coverage.

Pros

The department is constantly training to help make sure we understand the procedures so that we give good customer service. The management appreciates us and we celebrate with monthly lunch and morale boosters such as back to school goodie bags and peer to peer recognition.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that there is a lot to learn but if you are eager to learn, you will be challenged in a good way.
