Pros
Nice building. Parking Garage. Great Cafe that's not too expensive. Most people are friendly and helpful. Nice, fully stocked break room.
Cons
Medical Benefits are expensive. Sups are quick to push you off on someone else when you have a question. There is no real training. It's all over the board. Everyone is not on the same page. There are procedures in place for you to follow but they are severely out of date and incorrect. The people who audit your work are not consistent. One will mark you for something that another will not. Favoritism runs rampant (even though they say they don't play favorites). Everyone is quick to point out what you are doing wrong (this is how you are expected to learn) but there is no real emphasis on the good.
