Pros

You stay busy which means the day goes by pretty fast.

Cons

You are expected to do a lot of work and take calls! Some days it seems impossible. Half of management is fair, the other half use favoritism. That's the trend in the business, no matter where you work.

Horrible Company

Pros

There is nothing good to share

Cons

This is an extremely unprofessional place from HR to management, throughout the entire company. The pay is low, there is no leadership (especially with upper management), and it's just an all around negative environment. The people they have in "Leadership" positions have zero people skills and are running the company into the ground. The HR department is a joke. They hire you at a certain rate, but you only work 37 hours per week bringing down your actual pay rate. There is no way that anyone would ever give this company a 5 star rating with the exception of HR or current employees being told to raise the ratings. This is a pathetic and disgusting group of people. No opportunity for advancement, no recognition, poor culture with no values, zero inclusion and diversity, senior management are terrible.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are disappointed that your experience with IAS was not positive, especially since you remained employed for more than three (3) years. To address a few of your concerns, the 37 hour work week is explicitly shared during the interview process and seen as a benefit by many employees. Since that information is shared prior to and on your first day, that should have been part of your decision when deciding to accept the offer and not a surprise once you began employment. We are sorry you felt no room for advancement or recognition considering all IAS does for the employees in both areas with On the Spot awards, department and all employee gatherings, etc. IAS recognizes employees who handle themselves in a professional manner, who come to work every day and do their jobs efficiently. Our employees are treated fairly and neither favoritism nor entitlement are tolerated. It is disappointing to us that you have chosen a public forum to complain, however we hope you have found a place that is a better fit for you.
