      Excellent company to work for, they provide excellent in depth training and support majority of the work is conducted in your home office. Allows for flexible scheduling of your time

      Cons

      I do not have any specific negative views. You work independently from your home office and without strong self motivation and time management your work will suffer.

      - great study program - can study at work sometimes - friendly environment - flex hours - stock is doing great - lots of opportunities to learn more because of access to many different lines - innovative attitude around office, fun to be a part of it

      Cons

      - compensation below industry average - high turnover - recent reorganization makes it difficult to meet deadlines because we are each working in 2+ lines, periods of high workload (offset by slow periods with lots of down time)
