      You get to work on many different thing in IT.

      Cons

      PMO directives have been very very confusing. PMO chief brought in from nowhere and disappeared after creating havoc. Good CIO but took too long to provide details on PMO chief status. Result is that PM's are nervous. Need good leadership.
