      - Good work life balance - Good study program and other benefits - Friendly coworkers - Work is very easy, minimal stress...this is also a con since it leads to not being well rounded or growing as an employee

      - Little room for career growth - Compensation below industry average - Major lack of innovation - Management is very old school, even after a major reorganization, resulting in little change/improvement to processes

      the answer to everything is this is how things are done......there is a real reluctance to try and change due to some people being hard to work with in other business areas, operations do not run as smoothly as they should

      Good place to get industry knowledge 40 hour week Ability to get unique database skills Easier to get an entry level job here than other places

      Cons

      Senior management sucks. They don't convey what their vision is. Our they don't have one. Too many people that have been there for decades whose job is seemingly to stunt innovation.
