      Pros

      Maybe the possibility to reach higher positions but really no pros.

      Cons

      Very slow training and they keep you on the waitlist and do not tell you, they changed 4 times my starting date, they do not care about wasting your time. Unrealistic expectations, getting 9 out of 12 fresh leads turned was a bad rate for them after that they toss you to voicemail leads which out of 300 calls 2 pick up. Bad lead system bad management that only job is to pressure workers but give them no tools to improve.

      Pros

      Flexible Schedule, Salary as per Industry Standard, No micro management. Executive team is very humble and easy to approach.

      Can not really think of any. Not yet. Its a fast growing organization where everybody is doing there part to make it a success.

      high base pay for agents

      Cons

      terrible commission structure- seasoned agents wont get excited about 20 dollars an hour if there is a questionable commission structure which is paid quarterly. The leads are terrible, must work major holidays, the products are overpriced and scarce. only one of many managers actually know anything about the systems/products so you basically have no support. What Benefits?DO NOT LEAVE ANOTHER JOB FOR THIS ONE
