Pros
Great starting pay at the beginning.
Cons
They hire management from outside. Poor training, crappy raises. Managers give you projects outside of your normal duties without compensation. Every employee there is disgruntled unless they brown nose management then they get promoted. Hard work doesn’t pay just kiss up to the right person and you’ll be ok. The HR person is a joke and never answers your calls or emails. Don’t work here unless you like misery.
