Wished It Were Better

Pros

They had a very open remote work policy for those who were out of the state/area. They had decent benefits and the pay was definitely not sub-standard. Genuinely nice people to work with.

Cons

As far as IT goes, they are ham-handed at best. They do not know how to balance security and flexibility for their developers and it is ruining the developer experience. Most people in IT don't even know how their systems work or are supposed to work and the BA's do not offer much help in that department, either. The CEO is still very heavily involved in major decisions regarding project management when he should leave those decisions to PMs or middle-management delegates instead of not trusting them. It causes major stress in the development teams.

Pros

I worked at ITC for most of the last decade and I witnessed tremendous growth. It is an organization that truly cares about its clients and the people who work there. The leadership has a strong moral compass and always makes the effort to do what's in the best interest of the company, the client and the employees. There's no perfect place to work or perfect work environment but ITC did a great job of trying to create an environment where good ideas can grow. The CEO and all of the leadership have an open door policy for ideas and complaints. They really do listen. They have really good benefits & a competitive pay structure. Depending on your position they have also have flexible work hours.

Cons

Things sometime take longer than you would think to get done. Departments are somewhat silo'd Communication between departments and communication to the clients needs to improve. Internal technology needs to be updated to improve the Sales & Customer Service environment.
