      A good experience if you make it one yourself.

      Pros

      Very flexible with your schedule as an intern. There is free drinks in the break room. Can have alot of responsibility.

      Cons

      The company is very small and causes conflicts of interest with the only person in HR being friends with coworkers in other departments. No real training. You just get sat at a cubicle and are told to watch videos over specific subjects then when you're done you start doing work completely unrelated to the training videos you watched.

      Pros

      Very family oriented. Always willing to work with all of their employees. Free sodas, and casual attire.

      Cons

      Culture dictates 60+ hour weeks. Severely understaffed. Hierarchy is entirely too top heavy, with no real room for growth.
