      flexible working time ability to work at home

      Cons

      Go years between receiving raises and bonuses Seems like tons of work is being offshored, leaving on shore teams to shoulder the work that offshore doesn't complete or can't do.

      Good benefits and work/life balance. Growing company with a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      No one in Senior Leadership wants to make a decision. It takes a long time for decisions to be made. Multiple product acquisitions with overlapping functionality makes it difficult to have a consistent message and culture.
