      Pros

      I had great coworkers, and overall the company was very flexible with good benefits. They bring you in at a good salary.

      Cons

      Lots of layoffs and corporate restructuring. Deadlines were often driven more by sales than by how much effort the task was, making work rushed. Difficult to get raises once you're there.

      Remote work environment is a perk. Stress level compared to previous company is much less.
