I can't think of any.

Cons

Bi-weekly all-hands meetings where execs describe the company's massive revenue streams, but "sorry, there's just room in the budget for raises this year." 18 levels of verticality between the e-levels and engineers. No actual company direction since it's just a private equity holding, only forced growth as fast as possible by acquiring as many competitors as possible.

Management recognizes prior reorgs and processes do not fit the model for each product and are working to realign for success. Great flexibility, open PTO, some really great leaders, and cutting edge products and services.

Cons

Bonus program needs a lot of work.
