      Pros

      -- Ability to really impact the business -- Perfect sized organzation. Big enough to be a 'real company'. Small enough to matter -- Growing business with great opportunities to learn new things and grow -- Company doesn't get bogged down in bureaucracy -- Challenges employees to continue to improve -- Those that contribute to success have ability to make significant bonuses

      Cons

      -- Not the right organization for everyone. Not a 9-5 organization -- Workload fluctuations can be a challenge. This is to be expected with a vendor

      Pros

      Ownership of work, projects, ideas is evident and rewarded. I have worked here or 6 months and have been met with a refreshing and invigorating mindset - one you do not find everywhere but it makes all the difference in employee and customer satisfaction. I am glad I made the move to Insurity and am excited to see where the company is headed.

      Cons

      I cannot think of anything except that if you do not like to own your work this would be a difficult place to work.

      Pros

      At Insurity you work hard but it's recognized and appreciated. There is a great leadership team in place that is driving the company towards a common goal. It's a casual environment (jeans are good) and the people are great.

      Cons

      There are pros and cons to every company out there. There are no big cons for me at this time.
