      Pros

      Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions cares about its employees and their families! This company voices that its diverse team is a strength and they promote inclusion and equity! I have never been this happy at a job and it is a relief. I never want to leave this company!

      Pros

      Yes, the work can be difficult but that doesn't mean you need to put in crazy hours. At work, it is great working with lots of other people and constantly learning new things about the company and its different areas. I can see myself here long-term, and I am confident I will only continue growing while improving my life outside of work too!

      Cons

      I only wish the Boston office was livelier, had more employees, and maybe provided public transport discounts.

      Pros

      The key "pro" in my job position is to know that I have the support of the folks in the underwriting chain above me. This is a difficult element to anticipate if moving to a new surety company. Thus far at Intact, the support of my immediate manager and the home office underwriting chain above him has been outstanding! This gives me the necessary confidence I need to successfully do my job in the field.
