      Pros

      Great company, best onboarding experience I've ever had - which tells me that they really thought about it and prepared a comprehensive package. The work is interesting, the team is friendly and collaborative, and I was welcomed from day one.

      Cons

      So far, nothing that comes to mind (less than a year in this job).

      Pros

      I’ve been with Intact for about 2 years and came from another large insurance company. Intact has been awesome to work for thus far. Great pay, good health benefits and since we are “smaller” I’ve seen first hand how we can make changes / adjustments much quicker than larger companies.

      Cons

      Some dated systems but they are in the process of updating them currently.

      Pros

      Team is pretty chill. Mostly white people. Mostly people are remote worker. There is no pressure that we have to come to office.

      Cons

      Since project is a legacy based, mostly work are data related. They follow outdated technology. I don't recommend other developer to work here if they want to improve their skills. It takes a lots of time debugging and architecture is very complex. It's very hard to understand.
