Flexible work from home arrangement available to all employees although the account technician position is required in the office everyday.

Cons

I started in a support role learning many different tasks. More and more work was under my responsibility without any additional pay or any recognition from management since most other employees and management are remote they don’t understand the gravity of the amount of work we have in the office.
