Cons

Not as quick to make change as they think they are. Despite the best of intentions, there are blind spots within the management team.

Trying harder to promote from within. Opportunities and support from management are there if you want to learn a different line of business or initiate skill development. Farmington office has a free clean gym on site with showers and a variety of exercise machines and equipment.
