      Pay & Benefits were good but these also could be negatives. They were paying me way too much for my job. I was being paid to make copies and data enter 50% of my time.

      Middle managers need training on how to handle sticky situations.

      Team oriented in that they do fun team building activities that help to promote a peaceful work environment. Upper management ready to listen when ideas present themselves

      Cons

      Understaffed, and over worked, not enough help when a job is on a deadline, needs to be more flexible with number of employees working at a particular function
