      Pros

      The teams you work with are amazing and the speed at which you grow and learn at dependant on what you desire. There is no dire need for you to be the best immediately and can use so many opportunities that Intact has to offer to better stimulate your growth in the industry

      Cons

      Intact is still a large corporation, which like similar large companies, puts on the aire that they care about the middle man. Though not as bad as companies such as amazon, there is a lack of care for people in a lower position from the higher. There is obvious falsities that our top seats have to show concern but it is obvious that it is for there benefit more than our frontline staff.

      1- Friendly env 2- Friendly policies during covid and before covid 3- Management concerned about their employees 4- Working from home Option.

      Cons

      Salaries could be better specially after Covid, inflation is very high. Better quality of Professional trainings of employees.

While we do have many flexible work options, working outside of Canada has not been a possibility since the beginning of the pandemic. There are many reasons for this decision, which you can find on the intranet, or, you can ask your manager.
