      Pros

      Intact provides many benefits to their employees in addition to salary but how they treat their employee's (and how those employees treat each other) is refreshing and inspiring.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done which can seem overwhelming at times but they are working hard to reduce unnecessary work so we can focus on what is most important.

      It's not what you know it's who you know

      Pros

      There are none. People get promoted based on who they know and not how experienced or qualified they may be.

      Cons

      Incompetent managers who keep their jobs, promote their favourites, and ensure people who have substantial experience get stuck in a job position which is not commensurate with their talent.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers and management. Solid computer systems with good workflow. Able to work remotely during covid. Room for growth and development

      Cons

      There can be a very high workload at times. Salary could be more competitive to Match the cost of living in the cities where there are offices
