3yIt is great to see the comments on our great culture, particularly our flexible environment and strong compensation. Thank you for also providing feedback on the complexity of our business and the need for more training, particularly for new team members. We have just announced the creation of a new L&D function and added a seasoned executive to help build this function and launch more programs which we will start to see in the 2023 calendar year.
