      Pay and benefits are good Recently went IPO

      Cons

      Unmanageable amount of work with no support. Burnout seems to be expected with no regard or care. Management oblivious or doesn’t care. No develop opportunities.

      Pros

      Innovative company constantly seeking to help critical client needs. Intapp has evolved from a small Silicon Valley start up to the most innovative company serving the professional services market.

      Cons

      The only con is that nothing stays the same but that is a positive in the software industry. Not changing is a recipe for failure.

      Great Place to Build a Career

      Pros

      Good working environment. Great teamwork among colleagues. Friendly and knowledgeable client base. Technology is mostly Windows based (SQL Server, IIS, etc, but some MySQL, Linux, and Java. Good benefits. Managers are really trying to help you grow in your career.

      Cons

      No cons really. Perhaps growing out of space but that's a good thing!
