      Pros

      Working at Intapp is fun! Intapp has best in market products and the company is scaling quickly post-IPO. Intapp has smart (and relatable) co-workers, great perks (stock, flexible PTO, an extra company holiday each month due to COVID, opportunity to work hybrid, modern health benefit, etc.) The DealCloud product is the market leader and working on that side of the business has great career opportunities across all teams. The work is rewarding and the ability to gain client-facing experience as a young professional is a big plus. Leadership (especially COO) is extremely transparent and truly cares about employee experience, scaling the company, and providing opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Some areas are understaffed which can cause long hours, but they are working to fix this.

We agree that senior leadership really does care about employee experience, scaling the company and providing an environment where everyone can grow their careers. And we do continue to focus on promoting internally and continuing to bring in people from all different backgrounds, experiences, preferences and beliefs who align with our work ethic and values.       Pros

      Flexible, Compensation is decent, global holidays, benefits are really good here, my department really promotes being a better us, and everyone is really young which helps if that is the type of work environment you are looking for.

      Cons

      Disconnect between management and direction at which we are going, wish more was expressed to us without us running in the dark sometimes.

      Avoid at All Costs

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Colleages are good natured if you are.

      Cons

      Executives enforce arbitrary dates for project completion while they have no idea about what it takes staff to make that date happen. Extremely poor process, mostly manual, and little to no documention on how to get things done/do your job. IF you happen to find someone with knowledge they will share it with you, but you could then come across someone who contradicts it. C-levels make decisions based on how much money they will make based on project completion and pushing employees to the end of their ropes. That money does not trickle down, but stays with the old, white men in charge. Women, especially women of color, have no voice in strategic decisions. They are blatantly dismissed, especially when contrary to what the execs already know what they want to do.
