      Pros

      A true market leader with amazing offerings who care about their clients.

      Cons

      I have never been treated so horribly as an employee. View everyone except leadership as expendable and will actively disparage coworkers to deflect attention thinking it will make them look better in front of management.

      A wonderful company that just went public

      Pros

      The company just went public so there is a lot of momentum. Most of the employees are quite senior and smart. And they pay well.

      Cons

      Intapp is a little disorganized. It has some growing pains, and those become apparent. Like there is no Internal communications function. But they are working on that.

      Thank you for your feedback. We agree that Intapp is "a wonderful company" and yes, a lot of growth along with some growing pains. But we have just recently created our first corporate communications function and are excited to now have dedicated internal communications resources as well!

      Pros

      Surrounded by smart people and creative minds which is my favorite part. The company is growing so fast and just went public so it’s been really cool to see all that happen.

      Cons

      -Can be easy to lose yourself in the work trying to figure out how to do something with the system. -New hires are starting at much higher rates than existing employees and it can be really difficult to stay motivated when you feel undervalued after being with the company for several years.
