      -Solid Pay/time off/benefits -Good People -Opportunity to work with high level executives in the private capital markets space -Good work/meeting balance -Intapp promotes from within

      Cons

      Common to feel out of your depth with industry knowledge. Your clients will be experts in their field and just knowing DealCloud well doesn't cut it. You get plenty of time off, but it can be difficult to take while still making your billable hour goals (which determines your bonus) Internal workflows can feel so flexible that it can be difficult to grasp what next steps are

And yes, our fast pace and growth can be stressful at times but hopefully you are taking advantage of both our Modern Health benefit and our additional days of company closure each month. We will also continue working with all of our leaders to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are well understood so that they can ensure that the members of their teams also understand them.
