      401k matching can be better.

Regarding our 401k plan, each year, we conduct an in-depth review of our benefits programs and we strive to continue to offer great programs to our employees. Two aspects of our 401k plan that people might not be aware of are that there is no waiting period to participate and vesting is immediate and 100%.

      Pros

      The approach of how this company has become the dominant market shareholder is driven from the C-Level throughout all apsects of the business. There is a warranted expectation of "polished" delivery and great ethics built around solid professionals.

      Cons

      I am sure there is always someone looking to play, the easiest position to take in a "Devils Advocate". So, I don't have any cons here but I am sure there is a DA out there with enough to say.
