      Most exciting place I’ve ever worked

      Pros

      Things move very quickly here and I am constantly learning. I am proactive in my development and my manager allows me to take on new things that I have no experience in so I can learn new things. The benefits are great and the extra holiday each month during remote work has really helped with balance.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing so fast, the workload can be heavy and I have had to learn to know when to ask for help. There seems to be a few disgruntled people in the company who cause distraction but most everyone I work with is fun and driven.

And last week, we just announced additional company paid holidays in July and August - so thank you for the suggestion ; ) Your comment on our town halls is also appreciated.       Pros

      Great manager's (mine for sure) High growth company with great career progression Management have made an active effort to increase diversity within the firm Great compensation Recruitment team and process is brilliant. They're very open and provide feedback Great atmosphere and culture in UK office

      Cons

      Because the firm is global, it means hours can be long (but not often) due to having calls and emails with colleagues 8 hours behind
