      Pros

      Remote working, great benefits and some amazing team members

      Cons

      The company has drastically changed in the past year, not for the better. Very cut throat environment and only those who are seen to be making noise/are suck ups to management get ahead. Hard work does not get rewarded or noticed. Maternity leave policy is bad compared to market. Leadership needs serious change, very old constabulary values and only 1 woman in a C-Suite role?!

      All shiny, shiny! They appear to look after you.

      Cons

      Too many young people who have been promoted without real world experiences. They look after their friends. Too much deceipt. Leading questions. Say what you mean. There's this invisible 'managment' who is watching your every move.

      Matrix structure is impossible to navigate, startup mentality pervades despite 1000 employees, ridiculously siloed team behaviours.
