      Pros

      Good work life balance as work from home contract. Great people focussed on being successful. Regular trips to San Francisco.

      Cons

      Complete misunderstanding of marketing and sales efforts required to make territory successful. Overbearing managing director with little experience in managing people. Progress in sales is slow and painful.

      Very confused processes and no consistency at all Middle management are unsupportive and have little authority to make decisions Extremely long working hours and failure to recognise employee burnout Customer first employee last attitude, very much a 'you are replaceable' attitude Nothing really done to try and retain good talent who leave Very clicky and obvious favouritism Salary increases are low and not competitive with the market
