5yWe appreciate you sharing a review although it is unfortunate that your experience was not as positive as we would have hoped. As we continue to grow the company, we focus on ways of ensuring strong retention and we are very pleased to see our turnover go down considerably over the past few years. And, we are very excited about our newest diversity initiative, our Women's Interest Network, focussed on growing, supporting, and investing in our global community of women, in which we are seeing great participation from team members of all genders.
