      Worst Company for female employees

      Pros

      Insurance with Kaiser HSA contribution, few friendly colleagues, Wednesday food truck- free food, onboarding process, trying to use latest business stacks.

      Cons

      I have never experienced such a terrible workplace experience. Your manager will walk all over you, not allow you to grow or progress, belittle you and as a female you can face microaggression. During the interview process, management will tell you that you have room to grow and after joining they will take it away from you. There are many companies in Bay area who will treat you with respect and help you to grow in your career.

      Pros

      -I have a terrific boss and team. My boss consistently works with me on developing my skills and encourages me to take on leadership opportunities -Continued transparency throughout my time at Intapp; Nothing is ever a surprise -Pay is about industry standard -Things are changing rapidly so there is always something to do. You'll never be bored! -Benefits are so-so; I wouldn't say they are on par with the larger tech companies

      Cons

      -There seems to be some internal strife on the DealCloud side of the business -I have not experienced any of the issues other people have named on glassdoor, but it is disheartening to see that the majority of the Leadership team is white men. There are a few female and minority leaders at Intapp who are often referenced, but the company definitely needs to make strides to create an inclusive and diverse workplace.

      Confusing place to work

      Pros

      some people are good to work with and smart. good benefits, office convenient etc.

      Cons

      leadership is pretty much absent, no one seems to engage leadership in all hands on all hard questions. CEO and key white guys around him, seem to have too high an opinion about themselves. Not a good place for people of color or other ethnicity or women. One of the most weird places I have worked in ...
