      Pros

      Pay was slightly above average for role.

      Cons

      The company as a whole is very unorganized, some areas are very poorly ran with those in charge not really understanding their role, benefits are not great considering they are a tech company, and the hours are terrible.

      Ultimately disappointing with little professional gain

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good, and pay is negotiable. You'll always have work so there's some job security, and deadlines don't necessarily matter so long as you're producing something other's like.

      Cons

      You'll constantly be doing work over and over again because Senior Leadership still operates and deploys strategy as if they're working a 4-person team in the trophy store attic room. Also, every project is important so you have make work/life balance work and from my experience, most Intappers, including myself, choose work and leadership only sets that precedent even more.

      There aren't any pros. I strongly urge you to consider other opportunities.

      Cons

      Very poor management. No commitment to diversity and inclusion. Immature behavior by leadership. Unrealistic goals set by leadership and, when goals aren't met, leadership blames the rank and file.
