      Confusing place to work

      Pros

      some people are good to work with and smart. good benefits, office convenient etc.

      Cons

      leadership is pretty much absent, no one seems to engage leadership in all hands on all hard questions. CEO and key white guys around him, seem to have too high an opinion about themselves. Not a good place for people of color or other ethnicity or women. One of the most weird places I have worked in ...

      Was a great company/place to work, now not so much

      Pros

      Good market position. Smart engineers. VP of Product is excellent.

      Cons

      Women beware - you won't advance. New CRO and COO are immature, incorrigible and basically rude. Culture is now fear-based as opposed to reward-based. Some brilliant minds and people have been driven out of the company.

      Very revenue growth oriented, to its demise

      Pros

      - Great office - Flexible schedule - Lunch's are provided everyday - Get to meet lots of great people internally and externally

      Cons

      - Leadership decisions are never clear - Company culture diminishing rapidly - Either have no work or completely overloaded - Too reliant on the bottom level since they make all the revenue - Layoffs are always looming, making everyone very competitive
