      Pros

      *Free snacks, drinks and sometimes meals *Casual yet professional environment *Flexibility and ability to work from home as needed, but the office has such a refreshing vibe that you may not want to work at home *Great orientation for every new hire in Palo Alto where the company is headquartered *Intelligent leadership that is still approachable *Going through a lot of growth so there is potential to have a huge impact as an employee

      Cons

      *In growth mode, so if you aren’t comfortable joining a company where you are often building and defining new processes, this may not be the place for you

      Good people can be found there. The ones who do really care about the job.

      Cons

      Higher management is not adequate enough. Development is beyond their grasp since money is the only interest.
