We appreciate you sharing your review. We do have tremendously hard working and very nice, caring people here at Intapp...and yes, we are going through growing pains. We are focused across the company on providing more training to all of our team members and are currently dedicating more resources and planning to this. We will start to see the effect of these efforts in H2. If you have any specific training suggestions that you could share, please email me directly.

Pros

Fancy new office, smart people, lots of new products, there are still quite a few nice people, free snacks, Wednesday lunches.

Cons

It pains me to say it, but Intapp used to have a better culture. It has really changed in the past six months or so. It may be because of the VC infusion, the string of acquisitions, or a culture shift caused by hiring decisions in the past months, but the company culture has degraded. People are way, way more out for themselves than they used to be: they’re less collegial, more cliquish, and the sense that we’re all in it together has really started to disappear. The focus has become to produce, produce, produce, whether or not it’s achievable. It was always fast-paced, but it was still on a human scale. It’s sad to see, really. Several good people have left, and I fear that more will unless the higher-ups stop, take stock, are willing to receive and really hear honest feedback, and then give serious thought to what kind of company they want to be going forward.

It is disheartening to read your review and I am sorry that your more recent experience has been less positive. Intapp's culture is something that the senior leadership team here cares deeply about and as we grow we continue to focus on bringing in people who share our values of teamwork, collaboration, transparency and respect. We are very open to hearing your honest feedback and would encourage you to speak with your HR business partner or please reach out to me directly anytime. Thank you.
