I worked on the department of education contract on student loans, so the pay was necessarily high.

Cons

Only about 10% of my training class made it more than 6 months. The newest employees get the most difficult to collect accounts, and there’s essentially a sink or swim situation once you finish the first 90 days and if you’re not collecting at least close to budget, you are let go. Very high stress.
