Pros

40 a week and incentive pay, cool corporate building location with a onsite gym and cafeteria. The fellow employees are very friendly

Cons

Micro management, stress numbers always, you are constantly monitored and reprimanded if you are not on the phone within 1 min of hanging up and are reprimanded if on the phone to long when customers don't let you transfer for them

Cons

They don't play about being late , they really hire to fire , so your replacement is right next to you

Pros

Full hour lunch, opportunity to learn about accounting and finance, a few dedicated and intelligent individuals to keep your morale up, reliable hours.

Cons

Some drama in management, low pay for the work you're doing (bonuses that would make it a bit fairer can be docked for a single bad review score), days quickly become tedious, high metric goals, it's widely accepted (and even joked about) that you can be let go over any myriad of things.
