Pros

Honestly. Job security. As long as you meet bare minimum specs, they will keep you. Desperate for employees.

Cons

-Underpaid -Poor Management. No 2 managers can agree on anything. -Unrealistic quotas.

Pros

Management- You didn't see much of the higher up management but some of the management and thier boss were amazing. They are over worked and under appreciated. I would never want to be a manager there. Agents Clients Pay-if you actually show up to work. You're hired for 40 and if work 38+ you get an extra $5 an hour

Cons

There is no incentive to stay long term. There is no atmosphere inside the building. Everything seems just blank walls and they need to sprouse it up a lot. Equipment is faulty. If you want good calls get good headsets. Some of the managers push boundaries. There were a couple of managers who were very unprofessional with agents and some would consider it sexual harassment.
