Pros

-The Clients are top name brands! -Pay is decent -I really like the amount of training over the years. I learned a lot about the strategic aspects of handling customers which I will be able to use those skills wherever I go. -Work from home is offered at the start of the pandemic.

Cons

-No company is perfect! This company may have little to No work life balance. I really hope that the company would consider team building activities, employee games/ tournaments/ competitions/events, and special trainings which can boost motivation and encourage ownership for various responsibilities and reduce burnout.
